Yeah it's possible, I don't think it would be possible to load shops that are removed from the game.

Is there a shop loader for epic duel kinda like AQW or something? Or is it impossible to make for this game?

Does that mean I can't load seasonal rare shops?
Also, is aqw shop loader universal for all artix games?

No, the AQW shop loader would be identical for HeroSmash but other than that the games are coded differently.
