No it doesn't. It's not like we blindly approve stuff. Sometimes virus scanners can't pick up malicious content within files, so that's why we decompile the files to see what it's really doing.
I was wondering what stops users from making a hack scanning with virusscan then adding a virus to it? you have proof it was scanned and clean and works... but now it's also got a virus in it? Does that not defeat the purpose of virus scans if it can be bypassed?
