You cannot bring back something that exists in the future if it hasn't already been made in the past.

I said it here. Even Neil DeGrasse states this in many of his Time Travel documentaries, interviews, articles, journals and so on.

According to what they said in the terminator's explanation. Which is a movie.
-Not only that, the Terminator movies have the person sent back in time without the time machine(before it existed). The point NDT made on the Terminator was that the explanation of "no living tissue" would require the Terminator to be bald, when the movie really just used it for Arnold to be naked.

I don't think Time Travelling to the past is possible ..
Time Travelling to the Future is but you won't be able to go back

Time Travelling into the past isn't possible because you can't change what's already happened..
The past is a collection of events that happened before a point in time.

Say a person invented Time Travel
and went into the past ...
His very presence in the past would completely change the Future
because of the Butterfly effect
It even might cause him not to exist

BUT he could still go to the past.

The future may be different but he'd still be in the past.

What you are talking about is a paradox. Again, it's not possible now with the limits we have, but maybe in the future it will be.
