Request:Black Ops Killstreak mod

Is there anyway to either reduce the number of kills needed for a killstreak or have killstreak kills (like attack napalm or attach helicopter) count towards your total killstreaks to get a higher level killstreak like sr71 or dogs?

I'm not completely sure on whether there's an infection for this, but I'm pretty sure you cannot do this without having a jailbroken PS3.

I think not, it's programmed that way
