    Insomnia

    Rly don't understand what the fuck my problem was/currently is:

    But like, I can never fall asleep till 3-4. I have been using sleeping pills to help, but EVEN then it's doesn't help. But also, I take 14-20 pills, that are 50MG diphenhydramine, and even then I still can't sleep. am such fuck mad. So as it stands I've been awake for 2 hours. 04diphenhydramine

    LOL, and day 4 of not being able to sleep. Today, I had taken 35 50MG sleeping pills, and still can't sleep. justfuckingwow

    So... because you can't get to sleep until the early hours of the morning you have insomnia? I suppose it's relative to what time you wake up at, if you're sleeping from 4AM to 7AM then that's something that you need to get on top of, you need to get at least 5 hours of sleep if you want to function properly. I'll usually go to sleep around 4-6AM and wake up at 12AM, giving myself 6-8 hours of sleep depending on if I'm tired or not. Establishing a regular sleeping pattern helps, if you feel as though you can't sleep then run a block around your neighbourhood or go for a short walk, by the time you get back you'll be so tired that you'll naturally want to lie down and you'll be gone before you know it.

    I can't sleep until 5-6 AM in the morning. Sometimes I stay up until 7 AM. Then again, I wake up at around 4-5 PM in the evening.

    Summer has really screwed up my sleep pattern immensely. I'm working on fixing it and it's getting better considering yesterday I was able to fall asleep at 4 AM. Hopefully it'll go back to a healthy sleep pattern before school starts.

    lel, past 2 weeks have been no sleep till at least 9-10 am
