Question! Permanent shoplifting?

I was just wondering if there was anyway to shoplift something permanently? Like the pyromancer armor or other stuff like that. And if it is possible, how may I do such a thing ?

No, there's no any, nor I have seen.
I don't think its impossible, but like
with perm DragonAmulet case, it needs hard work to make that hack or so and takes a lot of time.
And as it would grab DC items too, I think, it would be illegal.
