Dayz SA [.47] Endless Food/Water Dupe.
- Step 1: Right Click A Bag Of Rice And Click "Eat All"
- Step 2: Close Out Of Your Inventory
- Step 3: Hold The "G" Key Or What Even Key You Have Bind To Throw Objects
- Step 4: While Holding "G", Use The Mouse Wheel To "Cancel Current Action"
- Step 5: Keep Holding "G" Until Your Player Finishes His Food/Drink Then Pulls His Hand Back Like He Is About To Throw The Rice, At This Point Keep Holding "G" Until Your Player Lowers Their Hands To Their Side, Then You Can Let Go Of "G" And Still Have Your Object.
(Not As Easy As Clicking "X" In Your Inventory Anymore, But It Works.)

I should think that it works with any food that you can eat multiple times. Powdered milk for example.

Works with all food (Cans, Fruit, Rice) also with water bottles and canteens.
Morphine/Epi-Pens/Bandages - May work never tested it

Still works.
This is how I do it. Richt click eat all while still in inventory press and hold G. then while holding G press tab and cancel the action, from thereone everything is the same
