1.2 billion usernames and passwords hacked by Russian gang

A Russian group has hacked 1.2 billion usernames and passwords belonging to more than 500 million email addresses, according to Hold Security - a US firm specialising in discovering breaches.

Hold Security said the botnets helped the hacking group - which it dubbed CyberVor - identify more than 400,000 websites that were vulnerable to cyber attacks.

> Said business hasn't been stated to be working to fix the issue at all.

> Said business wants to charge people to find out if they're affected, not to fix their issue, but to bloody just find out if they're 'affected'.

> Said business wants to charge even more money to businesses for a 'Breach Notification Service' (like that would do any good at all).

Sounds a lot like a damn Racket.
