Maybe your computer can't run it, or you don't have the right things.
Restart your computer, repair your internet or look for a mirror download
ugleh dont double post or bann and btw try getting like a lot of space from it u might not have space for the hole thing
Download the Installer Again...

THIS IS MY SIG
well of all these posts i didnt see a correct answer.. the NGMdll.dll file that it gave you the error for is your problem.. you probably just lagged at an inopportune moment and the files downloaded sections got mixed up.. you need to go to the path where the file is and delete it.. then try downloading again...
also.. the file path given in the error report for NGMdll.dll is the path that it downloads the install to before executing it.. your temp folder.. same for everyone else, but the path is different.
i had that happen too with vista, what i did was 1 of 2 things A download from the nexon site *the one where it install from the internet only like 500kbish* or B download a really really old installer this ones from cnet its only 588 mb i use it till this date, updateing takes awhile but,,,it works none the less, thing about nexon is they are really bad at programming and fixing errors this is what they asked me to check when i couldnt connect "is your internet pluged in?" so their really stupid, turned out to be a IP conflict with my xbox360 fixed that in a jip,if that helps or doesnt make sure to say so make sure the Cnet one is labled with this on the side
