found how to make HS not update =)

REMEMBER ALWAYS MAKE BACK OF THE FILES BEFOR YOU CHANGE/EDIT.



1.Go to your combat arms folder.
2.Go To HSheild
3.Go to Update.
4. Delete ( Make back up also) Of AutoUp

- THESE STEPS MAY NOT LET COMBAT ARMS START, SO MAKE BACKUP FOR THESE )
5.Go back to Hsheild
6.Find HSUpdate ( Delete and make back up )
7. Hack away for no more HSheild updates =)

If It Dosen't work for you just put your back files there and it should work fine anyway.

( Did it with mine few minutes ago =) CA is still running fine on mine )

except i have downloader for Ca before 9/30 patch. so maybe i can delete the one i have now , then reinstal with the old one. take out the things he said and run it then it patches.

i wouldnt do this just like with the old engine.exe...your just gonna f up your game

I'd try see if this works but frankly i'm just too lazy to wait and remember.

can u just post ur hs folder on here and we just put that in our ca folder and were done instead of all this crap and confusion?

I'm sorry but i can't help noticing this fail... No offence but seriously:
If you just copy all his files into ur CA folder, u'll just get his versions of all the "stuff" nexon put in the CA folder, it won't delete the extras in your folder.. And how is it confusing, exactly?

Dude, nice attempt at an easy bypass, but everything in the HS folder either recreates itself, or makes CA unplayable.

Nah, these two things wont recreate themself, unlike the .dll files >.>
Or make Ca unplayable.

neither, it does nothing but make CA not run.
or it might just redownload those files.
