Isn't it useless to sell PBE accounts since they rotate who has access to the PBE every so often now and the account can get disabled at any moment?

You are right and that's when i signed up when it was available to everyone and the rotation is only clearing inactive accounts and letting new ones join i know people in pbe that have several accounts and have been in PBE since the start.
