Well....This is my opinion.
I think that users on this site should have at least 100 posts to download things. I hate Choobs who make a quick account just to download hacks.
Idk just my opinion. Please tell me if you agree with me.

IDK...When i first downloaded on this site...I was at Zero post...If you think about, i think the mass majority of people first came here...saw we had hacks..downloaded,and probabbly didnt thank...i think there shouldbe a small post requirement before you can post your own hacks.

when i first came here 10 months ago I had to make 1 post in order to use the pub.
i couldn't even handle one real post, so i made a spam thread, downloaded the hack, and never came back for 6 months.

Exactly. If people new that they would have to get up to 500 posts then they wouldn't come here and download things without thanking anyone
But that's just my opinion.
