On Simcity 5 it kind of works, but using the XP service pack 2 there. With fifa I use the windows 7 one with disabled DPI scalling and it sort of narrows down the lag to a minimum, but I can still feel it sometimes, since I`m used to not having it at all.

Glad I could help man. That usually solves it for any game that has issues with windows 8.

The problem might be whit updates or not good enough specs. I am whit windows 8.1 8 GB RAM and intel i5 quad 2.50. And I don't have any problems. Also I am 64 bit. Try to run scan of the system whit cmd. My friend had problem whit updates and that way it fixed it. But if all fails try running in compatibility mode for older version. Good luck

be carefull while downloading from public torrent site. most of activator or key generator are with keylogger
i can give torrent from ip torrent(private torrent) site
