How can I use a proxy

So I have been ip banned on 2 servers that I really wanna join. I have tried using vpns but they have messing up my settings and I was wondering how can I use a proxy I remember a long time ago I was able to on a nodus client but nodus isn't updated anymore so I use weepcraft but there isn't a proxy setting on it I want to just use proxys and not VPNs so can anyone tell me a client that has a working proxy manager or anyway to use proxys. I have also tried changing my IP address but its a static IP and it wont changed I tried everything and I even called my ISP but they refuse to change it.... Hope someone can help me thanks

Sorry, I tried google though alot I had trouble finding it I download some clients I found when I searched on google but I couldn't find any working ones so I was wondering if anyone knew one sorry if im wasting your time

Use a VPN to make your life easier like hotspot shield which is free. If you want to do anything illegal you might wanna find a vpn that dont keep logs.
