This is their forum and those are their rules, at least they are keeping this site up and not taking money for it, tell me how would someone deserve to stay on this site if he says "fuck you" to an admin which means that what he wants is to fuck up here but it's different if it was said to a normal member which just means the hatred towards him only.

To end this useless shit, If the member reported another member for insulting him, that 'member' will get infracted/banned.
Admins have the power to ban so they ban without reporting plus Admins/staff display the site to new members/members generally. So by insulting them you're insulting the site and disrespecting them, following with that, No one will follow the rules, they/us will be a joke in every post and it won't be a site running on a rules.
