When one group is destroyed another will replace them. We aren't dealing with the problem by simply killing them, we are adding to it. We need to remove popular support for ISIS in the geographic locations that boost them up. We need to deliver food, water, shelter, and the like to the average person in the countries ISIS has the most influence upon to prevent new recruits from joining. We need to remove the "bad guy" label the western countries have to ISIS and the supporters so we can stabilize our standing before removing ISIS from the situation, or else we'll just have another ISIS in another five to ten years.

toubtfull,israel WILL nuke a country if nessecary - plus if it was all about "reclaiming palestine" they would simply be going to israel at the first place and not kill other muslims first

This is very very big... I agree with a lot of what you say here, but as i'm sure you also think but just didnt write here, we do still need a military presence around those areas to prevent further spread. Military presence in itself is a preventative measure and moral support to those at risk of ISIS but yes, that alone won't do jack but prolong the problems
