Nuking ISIS will take also thousands of civilians lifes, which is like putting between the wall and the spade with Human Rights. Also 2 points more.
1. The cost/benefit from using such technology to effectly dissapear all members of ISIS organization it's just not worth it.

Heads up, I am a freshman in college and have nothing to do with what this countries politicians decide to do with their funds. It seems you are consistently making the actions of a few what the whole wants. Most people in america don't think about what is going on out of their own inner circle. "We" aren't hypocrites because Americans as a whole aren't bombing people. A specific group on the other hand who have the general same mind set (Why they are in the same group) are beheading people.
