Ban evasion doesn't really mean that an user was previously banned for scamming, for example: you could have been banned for posting/releasing harmful virus content and then get banned. Now let's suppose the user made a new account, if the account gets banned it would be also for ban evasion, i think i made my point. 2 accounts tied to a post IP of your account. @devilaim banned for advertising. @Flengo issued the ban evasion ban so he might be able to explain further. That is the only account connected to you that is banned.
