tutorial k
1.create a folder in mw2 folder name "Mods"
2.now search a mod in youtube or here on MPGH here is a topic name ModMenu's
3.then start game and click on "Mods"(you can select wich mod you want when you have more then 1)(in menu when you open you will see)
4.click on the mod , game will restart , go to private game and yep thats it
