Already downloaded that, nothing changed. The driver shows up in drivers but not playback/recording devices

If I disable my Virtual Audio Cable it says "No headphones or speakers are plugged in"

you disabled your virtual audo cable. try to play a music and see if the volume mixer shows audio output

Try to use a drive updater software, probably your issue is related to the driver
