[HELP]my server can not find wzmss.dll

when i run my localhost it cant find wzmss.dl so if it cant do that my server cant find localhost and i cant play my server

I've tried this 1 month ago and forgot but i think try both.

First put it in the system32 folder which is in Compuyer > Windows > system32
After that run the CMD as a administrator and type " Wzms.dll regsvr32 " and it should work

Put it in the maplestory folder.
