So the kids will become gays too in the near future hmm
There is nothing wrong with being gay nor a gay couple raising a child. Gay people are typically the least to be judgmental so the child would be less like the OP and have a more open mind. The concern about the child being asked "what's you mom's name?" well instead of preventing gay couples from adopting, why not parents who view gay as being wrong instill some decent morals in their children, then maybe the child wouldn't have to suffer from ridicule. In this case, let's take away the children from single parents who never came to know their father or mother so that way when the question is asked, it won't be so painful to know their parent left them.

There isn't any real scientific demonstration that someone is "born gay", instead there are a lot of psychological contexts where someone can become gay in the childhood Freud illustrated for example how a protective mother and an absent father can cause the homosexuality in a boy. The point is that there is nothing wrong with it, a choice or no anyone shouldn't judge others just for their tastes.

Hating gay people, gay marriage, and gay parents is so stupid, it would be like me saying I'm on a diet so you aren't allowed to eat cookies.
It's not a choice. Sexual attraction is not a conscience choice people make. You are not attracted to the same people as someone else. Therefore you can't just assume that it's a choice. There is no "gay gene" because there is no gene to demonstrate a lot of things people are.
Also nature:

I know a guy that was raised with 2 mothers [lesbian].
he is now 22 - and he is fucked up, very weird and very feminine... I guess it has any connection...
to make long story short, I don't believe in this shit, it is not natural ...
I understand both sides of the argument and there's good points on both.
I think I have to agree though, if it involves saving a kid then gay adoption is a miracle. No child should have to remain unloved because their biological parents couldn't afford a child at the time.
Great people come from adopted families. Bill Clinton was adopted as well as John Lennon.
I suggest you just rethink your position on this topic.
