Is this a good setup for a beggining gaming desktop?

here is the link, i custom built it on a website and was wondering if it was a good setup for steam games and playing high resolution games.
It is just a desktop and would like to know if some things need to be changed to make better or what not. My budget is only $2,300 so yeah.

Making your own PC is a lot better than buying prebuilt ones.
