Anyone know how the normal Q mmr works?

so my smurf and my main is around the same rank but in normal Q the MMR is totaly different

For my main i got match with low diamond 1 to diamond 5 (With around 3k normal game including lose)
For my smurf i got match with sliver ,normally always sliver. (38 games including lose)


is there a hidden rank system for normal Q or its base on how many game you play?

it's a bit different than ranked mmr calculations, but it's generally the same

Usually it matches you with the same queue groups (ex. 3 person group with 2 soloq players against another 3 person group with 2 soloq players).

I forgot to add, each team also has the same average rank most of the time.
