Is there a script or bot that buys items on marketplace for you when they go down a certain price? How do I get my hands on one?

If you get Google Chrome you can search the app store for Steam Trader Helper. It works!

Isn't that feature already integrated into Steam's Marketplace a few months back? Only for commodity items though.
