    Dishonorable Discharged

    Hello just one quick question guys, my friend got a .98KD which he doesnt hack. But just about today, he got Dishonorable Discharged
    CBL khangtang Player Stats
    So is it like a permanent ban ? is there anyway to dispute this ?
