User Titles and Awards

I've wanted your guys opinions on these Awards and User Titles.
Well on this site User Titles are much smaller, about my Award size.

nah, it's a tradition since the start of MPGH. @Ravallo had some better designs, as he was the best... but they want to keep the usual.

That was just an example, I'm not saying it has to be replaced, but they could add new User Titles.

Not true. It used to be that only staff had user bars or customization of any kind.

Looks awesome I have a question, how do you get user titles? I saw the one with the cat and it said Derp to the left of it, how do we get those?
