plusmw3 dont start

hello everyone i have the problem that plusmw3 dont start ._. when i click on the exe it loads for a few seconds and then nothing happens...
in my taskmanager i can see the plusmw3 exe so it works in the background i think ^^

ps: i also try to start it as admin but it still mdont work

try to steck your finger in the ass while starting the exe as administrator in windows aero mode
