Steam account key

So my old key on steam is global banned but i have been using for over a year now a key that i bought and put into the registry and apparently that does not matter now. does anyone know how to fix this or to change the key after this update

Buy new key on new steam account. As far as i know keys are being tied with steam id.

If its a legit key than create a new steam account and copy and paste the cd key into the activate game window...self explanatory...

You need to rebuy the game on a different Steam account.
