Was banned for?

My old acc SorenOwlProd was banned for recruiting.
General
- No Recruiting

I am so so sorry I didn't know I thought it was okay to recruit in a pm!
I did not know now please unban me. I did not know
And didn't even give me a warning or an infraction.
I had no idea this wasn't okay because everyone recruits right? There are server recruiting threas, staff on this server recruiting threads.

In the rules it says
General
- No Recruiting Result: Permanent Ban

Now knowing this. Recruiting is recruiting right?
Yes, yes it is.
So all people no matter how they recruit should be banned.
And to my knowledge this isn't happening so staff are letting all these threads just go bye without knowing that in the rules it says recruiting = in a ban.

Know if you fixed the rules to say what type of recruiting isn't allowed then that would be an exception.
But YOU MPGH! Are breaking your own rules.

Now I should be unbanned because you MPGH have a error in your rules.

• Not knowing / being ignorant of a rule. It's your job to read the rules, and it's our job to enforce them.
• Getting banned for something that someone else did. Just because they did it, and didn't get caught, doesn't mean you won't. It's also not a valid defense, a dispute is about you, don't bring another party into this, use the report button instead and serve out your ban.

Those bans only go into effect for people trying to recruit for other websites, including soliciting for new members and staff. Not for private servers, so I don't see how that is us 'breaking the rules'. That excuse is just dumb. Assuming that's what you were trying to say, since most of your post made no actual sense.

4. "By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws." Right out of the rules, PMs are considered messages.
5. That's up to the GMs and Liz, which is looking a bit slim currently.

That's not what I'm saying.
I am saying that There IS SO MUCH ADVERTISING because you guys don't specify what "advertising is allowed and not allowed." so technically anything adverting anything should = ban. But that doesn't happen. I see many forum advertising threads and minecraft advertising threads. Why aren't those users banned? They should be because in the rules it stats No Advertising.

When you register for any site, you should read the rules. Anything that happens is on you. There is no specification needed and the site rules are perfectly fine. Ignorance won't help you here next time.
