I'd suggest getting a R9 280(Not the 280x), has more performance for about the same price.
Was thinking about the GTX 660 2gb, not sure if there is something else around that price range

ATI Radeon Graphics Cards (AMD Sub-Product) tend to Overheat allot & Produce allot of noise.
I am a long time nVIDIA user .. Lets say around 6/7 years. They are good graphics cards.
I recommend getting a GTX 760 at that price point. Its only around $20 more expensive & its specs are pretty good.

You can see a comparison here : https://gpuboss.com/graphics-card/GeForce-GTX-760
Specifications:

1. 2GB of GDDR5 V-RAM
2. SLI Support
3. Supports 4K Resolution
This is a really good card for that price point I reckon.
