you can but the only way i can possibly see you get banned for AFK botting is if an ingame gm sees you

Nope, there's few ways you can get banned for AFK Botting.

lol i have seen many reports of 'afk botters' on youtube and cbl, so yea i would believe so.

I'm sure they'd ban you if they have the evidence =P Nexon is slow at banning but they get around to it eventually lol.
