Vaping is a form to quit smoking. But i do know customers that vape and smoke, but smoke less than they do vape. It goes to show how addicting cigarettes are. I smoked for only 3 years, been clean for about 6 months, im now chasing clouds and building coils down to 0 nicotine. I suppose it's in the persons point of view whether to do both or nah.

Being as i am a Vape Shop owner and i mix my own juices, only chemicals in in E Juice are Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene glycol, Artificial Flavoring, and if wanted, Nicotine. VG - Vegetable glycerin is used in food applications that are USP grade or over 99% pure and has a sweet taste. PG - Propylene Glycol is produced on a large scale and is primarily used in the production of polymers but also sees use in a lot of food processing, so you intake it daily.

The funny thing and ironic part from where I live is that all these teens start vaping and they've never even smoked before. Isn't vaping to STOP smoking? Lmao

Tbh I know kids on my bus that started vaping then went to smoking because the nicotine got them more "high". So I think it was made to stop smoking but it also makes a gateway to smoking. This might seem like i'm anti smoking but i'm fine with smoking controllably and nicotine is not a controllable thing "most" of the time. So if something leads to that I would have to say its a bad thing. But at the same time I smoke weed every other day which can also lead to cigarettes so technically i'm a hypocrite. But that doesn't change my opinion to this topic tho.

I quit smoking regularly but I prefer cigarettes when I do. I like the look and convenience more but one good thing about vapes is they come in different flavours. Besides that, vaping is too expensive and high maintenance for my taste.

I would rather do neither, wish I didn't start smoking when I was a teen, nicotine addiction is horrible, affects your health, is detrimental to your lifestyle and is an expensive habbit. My advise is don't start!
