Last Month....not easy to kill on BF4

Hi Fellows,im new here,and for Start,im answer question for Hard Members here!!
Since last August until now,while im playing BF4.....,to kill,i need ALL bullets and sometimes,the enemy stillç alive with 1 or 6 of energy!!
Here im gonetell my pc Hardware:
Processor.-Intel I7 4790K
Mobo- Asus Z97 Hero VII
G.Card- Asus R9 290X Matriz Plattinium
M.Ram-8G Corsair Dominator Plattinium
HDD-Samsumg 840 Evo 240(SSD)
PSU-Corsair 860
OS-Windows 8.1 Pro
WaterCooling for MOBO,G.Card and Processoir
Obs.Im not Overclocking YET!!!

Can you please,give some advices for Better performance??

It doesn't matter what's in your system when dealing with how much damage a bullet does(that's server sided), it could just be that your aim has gotten worse or they still haven't fixed the netcode like they should have..

Yeah,thats for sure...!!But...until then,some players witch usual play with me,has started killing better than me!!And before this...i coulg kill them much easiyer than now!!I hoppefully, the new pach can solve my problem or at least......the same than i was!!

As Color said, Either your connection with the server is bad or your aiming became worse.
No one can have infinity health anyway.
