But yes you can take your PayPal balance and withdraw it to your bank account, or vice versa. Both are safe to do.

thanks but I heard they can always refund their money and its like scamming .. because think about it lets say you use your paypal to sell a acc , the guy who paid you can refund his money less than an hour and it will take you afew days to put that money in your bank account so its not really worth it.

Well first of all,

PayPal runs SSL 128bit so thats already making it not vulnerable to HTTP Sniffing.

PayPal does NOT show your credit card number to the one selling the product , unlike other normal VISA/MasterCard/AmericanExpress purchases.

People can open a case of scam, and appeal if they felt they were scammed. (You will need to provide proof of this such as images, receipt etc). PayPal will decide if the money is refunded or not but it isn't as simple as just sending an e-mail that you were scammed.
