Since my current PC since I had since 2011, is starting to go wrong (Graphics card failing, USB Ports, Monitor etc) I thought its time for something new and something awesome..

It is not but ddr4 isnt that much more expensive and performance is roughly the same with poor cas latency being matched with high clock speeds.

I"ll get my new PC, and I'll give you some feedback on how the new Maxwell GPU works maybe that would help you decide.

This thing will last you a long time as this is the most high tier stuff you can get at the moment, I would either go for 980's sli aswell or wait for the 980Ti if they do release one.

Yeah I might add another GTX 980 in the future as I dont wanna spend another $600

Your power supply unit is way too much, around half the amount of your original part is good.

Also, $3,800$ ?! Your budget is my dream.
