    New 60GHz WiFi standard

    Well, Samsung did it. 5 times the current throughput means we can do wireless backups of 1tb hard drives in less than 41mins :O

    If it follows the 802.11ac standard, it will take a few years for it to be approved for general use.

    Most general users have no need for this unless your entire family streams a movie off one network drive

    Yeah they do. If they'd like to download shit even faster.
    Imagine downloading a 1080p BluRay movie in less than 10 minutes.
