Minecraft 1.8 Lag Any Solution?

Hello Please help me im sure many of you minecrafter that plays 1.8 notice that ur fps drops down so much [This is only for some users]. So if anyone have found a solution to it please post it on the comment id be glad to see it thanks

Do you have a good computer? I run the game fine without any lag on ultra.

Yes i do have a good computer just i think cause im 32 bit making minecraft lag
