It's encryption, it appears garbled because the text editor can't interpret it.

FOV should be 74+scaling OFF and resolution doesn't matter.

hello guys, the only things to change in order for these to work is fov *to put it 74 ? because i have it 90 and the gun goes way too down in bf4
