Hey i have a laptop but my built in microphone doesin't i have tryed everything...See below pictures.If you can get it to work I will pay u $10 (paypal)

what you do is right click the audio options down bottom right, click recording devices, if your mic isn't there right click in it and select show disabled devices, if it then comes up right click on the device and click enable, or you would have to update your audio drivers.

Search for "Computer management" in your start menu, then head over to your audio and input section and look for your microphone or anything else like your sound card, and just right click and update it.

No Static / Ambient noises. How old is the laptop, Also Make and model please, Might be a dead mic. or just too low recording volume. I had one case of that in my friends laptop. his mic was almost dead he cant record any sounds at all.

Its probaly not on how old is my laptop cuz my bros is older then mine and it works perfectly.
