I made this for a gaming team's logo.

I think it's just a skull with smoke on it, paired with some text?

The skull has probably been resized from a higher size, as the borders are a little blurred (you should've sharpened it a little and yes, i'm watching at the full size version, not the mpgh resized one), while the left side of the smoke looks weird, probably because at times it seems it's copy/pasted next to the original location (just look next to the eye, on the left... or next to the mask).
As for the text, selecting the text's area and applying a gaussian blur is (almost) always guaranteed to be a bad effect, the font's u,m and n letters are IMO very ugly.

One big issue is that the logo can't be placed anywhere as the smoke is present on the top side of the image too, thus requiring further editing, putting it in particuliar places or keeping an ugly effect otherwise.
Plus, why would you want text ON the logo? (Assuming the logo itself isn't just a random internet image but has a meaning to whoever uses it)

Just stating facts. You've made the same mistakes over and over, and over. With literally no signs of improvement.

A little advice; I've made these mistakes;
Acting high mighty and above reproach doesn't help you improve;
I was stuck at the same level for 2 years.. simply because I couldn't take criticism, as I thought it was an attack on my abilities...
And now the Advice;
Calm down, and when just mess around with what they suggest; It doesn't have to be now, it doesn't have to be in 5 minutes an hour or even the same week; Messing around with suggestions gets you places. Now just calm down;

Critique;
It seems that you revert back to habit; Such as 'copy/paste/repeat', 'Lets be original but do the same thing' and 'My art's pretty good I don't need advice'
I'm not a pro myself but what I suggest is to read a tutorial or two (believe me it helps even if you don't learn how to do that effect) and try to apply what you've learned to what you try to make next(In moderation as too much of one thing can crush many others hindering progression drastically)

The smoke is completely unnecessary! If you were creating a banner for the teamspeak etc I would throw in a bg with the logo. Also is it me or is the skull pixelly.
I would try resizing it and just making it fit would make it 2 times better!
Also the smoke layer looks like a copy and pasted layer.
I would work on it
Great work, get on those youtube tuts or mpgh tuts on how to be a master a photoshop.
