I need help activating a game

COD AW is locked to country and playing is restricted too....

I bought a G2A key for $48
It wasn't Russia but was for EU, does that mean I am locked to EU servers?
I didn't have to proxy, and no errors when activating the steam key, when i play i get no messages saying the game is region locked.

you should be okay EU is only Preorder from store
