XD It's not that bad. It's OKAY, But the main character makes me want to blow my brains out. Kids such a fucking retard, and they wrote him like this. Unfortunate.

When characters are about to die they make it soooo obvious as well- I.E. last episode.

Overall, probably a 6/10 and that's really stretching it. I just like the gore.

I was more upset how Bols died, but the decapitation was a nice touch.

I never said he did have anything to do with her death, but in general that's hes retarded.

Bols death was soo fake touchy, it just made me meh. "Let's throw in this mass murderer, but give him a family so people feel bad when he dies." plz.

Not really, I actually enjoyed the series and caught up with it back in like November-Feburary(?)

 

but I haven't read any of it after OC got together with the loli girl..

Eh I've already talked about it enough in my review thread. I just don't feel like the series offers anything new or interesting and the characters/plot are awful.

I agree with the little development, but the writing isn't bad, and them characters fast is kind of a shocker. I don't see a lot of Characters dieing as quickly as this. Aside from the older stuff, most things today try to avoid main characters/important characters dieing so...dramatically? I don't know. I like the story so far, but I'm more interested in it because of the little gore they have, and the first episode was honestly a sink for me.

I read the manga haven't seen the anime, its a typical battle shounen but instead of the characters having plot armor, they just die lol.... its been done so many times and theirs better variations of it.

Tru. I didn't read the Manga, but it's a Shounen. I don't see it being that different.

It was explained, and is still mentioned back and forth.

**SPOILERS**

Tatsumi wanted to join the Capital and become a high guard or whatever to help protect his village. He got separated from his friends, and ended up inside the Capital alone. During this, he was invited by Leone to do something, forgot what. (lol) Stole his money, and then ended up on the street. This rich bitch came up to him and fed/housed him, and later found out about Night Raid. He sees his friends getting(got) rekt by her and then slices that bitch in half.

He joins Night Raid later, and changes his goal to getting rid of the corruptness in the Capital. He achieves this by training daily with Night Raid and working to get stronger, later achieving a Imperial Arms. It's deterred from that a little, but it's got the main point still.
