Region lock has been taken off for call of duty:advance warfare, You can now launch and play the game without russian VPN.

when i download with out vpn it let me play in Russian but when i try to change it to english i get and error your data not the same etc what can i do

You need new english folder. The one you've got, it needs updating. Contact borris johnson, he's got his contact details in the earlier comments. I always take updated files from him. If not i can upload mine on some cloud for you. Steam: pure-electron

Just uploaded my english folder from 20th Jan 2016, well thats the date it updated for me. Not currently playing this now as i've moved on to black ops 3. Its over 2 gig
