I know from every person close to me who's been arrested that your phone, email, and social media documents are almost always subpoenaed. For a case like this, the officers personal data would have definitely been looked into. If there was even the smallest racial remark, he would have been hit with a conspiracy charge, let alone a hate crime. That's one area that most police can't fight off if shown to be premeditated.
Along with this, people believe they know more than forensic specialists. I find this hilarious because, once again knowing a few people who are in that field of work, they are never EVER going to risk their careers to smudge the data. They are very dedicated to their work and those in the field enjoy it. As such the forensic evidence can be taken pretty much without a second thought.
Then you have the fucking liberals, oh how I hate the liberals more than the conservatives. They all think they know more than anyone else, and anyone who disagrees is a "racist" or some other bullshit label. They defend the rioting and looting, blame that on white people. They defend Al Sharpton (who still owes the Duke Lacrosse players a fucking apology) while he is one of the most racist people in the media limelight. They defend Obama and his actions, even when he makes massive mistakes, and then blames his mistakes on Bush (who was no saint, but not everything is his fucking fault). The liberals media was the one playing all of this up as a hate crime and racially motivated blah blah blah bullshit.
From the evidence that was gathered, it is supported that the officer was being attacked, Michael Brown did go for his gun (residue on MB's hands, a bullet wound that grazed his thumb, blood inside the drivers side of the cruiser, as well as a bullet in the driver side arm rest? No way did he not go after the cop), and that Michael Brown did charge the officer after the officer gave chase. There was also a radio call, calling for assistance before the altercation became violent from the officer. The only way the officer could have shot MB in the head at the angle he did was if MB was charging, or the blood spray from the forensics would have come up inconclusive to the officer's testimony.
I hate cops, but this is a case of media-hyped racially motivated agenda's being forced into the situation to simply divide the country more so than it already was. Those of us whom are intelligent can make our own judgement based on the physical evidence released, in which this case was in the favor of the officer.
