I already scan my computer with Registry Easy, Advanced SystemCare, and Malwarebytes. Idk if it's becuase of my computer parts or anything, just happend today.

Ya, that's low. Getcha a good 650-800 watt PSU and you'll be set. That's why its lagging, not enough power.
