None, because The Big 3 is a reference to those three manga. Doesn't change even if one is finished and any manga that fills in will probably end up being called something else, and not "new part of the big three".

Correct. Nothing will replace the Big Three. If anything, it'll pretty much be a new Manga "attempting" to be the Big Three. It won't fit. The big three will die in 10 years when One Piece ends.

For awhile now the next big thing has been toriko, fairy tail, and i'd like to say The Breaker.

Though you could also put HxH in there if the author wasn't a lazy shit or you were just taking the anime.

But the "big three" was in reference to those three manga and their popularity in the shonen field. The "next big three" is kind of misleading, as all the other series don't come anywhere near the collective sales.

It's really just going to be "the king" and have onepiece dominate the market now.

I don't think there really will be any new big three.
If bleach never starts up again then I think it will just stay One Piece. Long seasons of one anime doesn't seem apply well to anime anymore.
I am happy about the Winter and TBA Anime that will be coming in 2015 which a lot of second seasons of anime seems to be continuing off of.
