This is something for the moderators of the forum.
Report their threads/posts or VM/PM and moderator of the section.

Rules:
- No creating threads in the wrong section. (1 Day Ban)
- No requesting close/ban/delete/approve/move. No requesting period. (Infraction)

I thought it was the best way to get it noticed. Unfortunately, it cost an Infraction. Was worth it though.

While I do understand the frustration, rules are rules.
Reporting would have been more effective, as well as just asking me directly, aldoh like I said. I (try to) clean everything at least daily.
