theoretically yes, but the engine from AW is so modified that fixed frames move in ranges.

example: you set com_maxfps 85 - you get 91 fps (is a 6 fps range)
you set com_maxfps 125 - the fps start to fluctuate between 125 and 131 fps.

possible solution: use nightmares fps unlock, it freezes the value to 9999 and set in nvidia inspector limit fps to 119 to get the frame range 119-125.

in older cod titels it was easy to get a fix value.

possibly yes but they didnt ban people in mw3/black ops for fov and fps changer so maybe they wont ban you for this one aswell

Ehy bro, i just downloaded nvidia inspector but i can't find any fps limiter, i red as u wrote the command "com_maxfps", but in the multiplayer's cfg i can't find that command... and i want too block fps at 125 or 250... can u tell how to do? what is that "directly ce"? thanks a lot mate.

You can type it into the config yourself, but make sure to tag the config_mp.cfg file as Read Only, otherwise the game will constantly refresh it and remove your extra dvars.

When he said doing it directly in CE he meant using Cheat Engine to change values at those addresses while the game is open.
