Requirements:

1. Maxed chars -- not many are needed, maybe just 3 or 4. More are better of course, but not a major requirement.

2. UTs -- mainly looking for these. Need lots of these. Duped or not, IDGAF.

3. Pet -- don't care. Mid-rare up is good enough.

4. Tops/Life etc. -- A moderate amount is fine. Definitely not my main concern.
